For the convenience of our patients we offer several different packages:
Lookout Package
1 in 4 children have an undetected vision problem that can interfere with learning. According to the Journal of Behavioral Optometry, there is a significant relationship between undetected vision problems and reading, learning and behavioral difficulties. To make it easier for families, we offer a children’s package. This package is a bundled price which includes the frame, polycarbonate lenses and a two year warranty.
Value Package
For patients on a budget or just wanting an inexpensive second pair of eyeglasses, we offer a value package. The package includes the frame and single vision bifocal or trifocal lenses at a bundled price to keep your eyeglasses within your budget.
Eyeglass Warranty
At Ohio Eye Associates, quality is top priority and the eyeglasses you purchase are no exception. That is why we include a two year warranty with the majority of eyeglass purchases.
- Frame warranty covers breakage and manufacturer defects for two years
- Lifetime frame adjustments
- Lens replacement twice within two years for anything but loss or change in prescription
- Lab and staff inspects each pair of glasses to make sure they are made accurately to the Dr’s prescription
- Eyeglass case included to protect your new eyeglasses
